A Stafford Federal Student Loan is one of the most affordable financial aid tools available to students, with interest rates lower than most other forms of financing and deferred payments until after you graduate.
Effective date for following benefits: Loans with a first disbursement on or after July 1, 2008 through the end of Academic Year 2009.
- Fixed interest rates as low as 5.75%* if the following
benefit is earned:
- .25% interest rate reduction for direct payment (ACH).
- Plus immediate eligibility for Incentive Rewards.
